• God is doing work. Specifically, He is raising up a powerful nation to punish Judah.
• We are to put our trust in God.

- Second complaint: God is so good that He cannot see evil and therefore does nothing.
- A key verse used to unlock Romans 1:16-17 and the rediscovery of the Gospel.
• The one who lives by faith is righteous
• Justified by the liberty of faith,
The 2nd Complaint (revisited) - You [God] call us evil but then You use more evil people.
Faithfulness is righteousness
• Relax, be patient, and know that I am God
Unfaithfulness is arrogance
